What happens after the 7-day trial?
After your trial ends you'll be prompted to add a payment method to continue. If you don't, your account is paused — your data is retained for 30 days so you can pick up where you left off.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. You can connect your Shopify store and use Earph for 7 days without entering any payment details.
Is there a per-order or usage fee?
No. The $250/month covers unlimited orders, products, customers and webhook events. No hidden fees.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings at any time. You keep access until the end of the billing period.
